Answers About Your Rights & Our Policies

Below are the questions we hear most often. If you don't find your answer here, our support team is ready to help.

If you violate our terms — for example, using multiple accounts, depositing money you don't own, or attempting fraud — we may restrict your account, pause your withdrawal, or close your account permanently. We'll notify you of the reason and give you a chance to respond before taking action, unless the breach is severe or ongoing. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of account balance per local law.

Yes. You can close your account from your Settings page or by contacting support. If you have an outstanding balance, we'll process the withdrawal to your original payment method within five business days. Once closed, you cannot reopen it immediately — there's a 30-day cooling-off period before you can apply for a new account.

Deposits typically appear in your lobby balance within 30 seconds to one minute. In rare cases — network delays, payment partner maintenance — it may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit doesn't appear after 20 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference and we'll investigate immediately.

Your first withdrawal must be at least RM50 and not exceed your account balance. Subsequent withdrawals have the same limits. Processing time is one to three business days depending on your bank or e-wallet. Weekends and public holidays may extend this slightly. You'll receive a confirmation email once your withdrawal is submitted and another when it clears.

Contact our support team first — most disputes are resolved within 24 hours. If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to our compliance team at [email protected]. For disputes involving payments or account closure, we also accept complaints through the Financial Consumer Association of Malaysia if local law permits.

No. These terms apply uniformly to all players in Malaysia. However, some cities or states may have additional local regulations — we always operate within those rules. If you have questions about regional differences, ask our support team and we'll clarify what applies to your location.

If alphabet66 is acquired or merges with another operator, your data will transfer to the successor under the same protections outlined in these terms. You'll receive notice and can request deletion before the transfer if you prefer. If alphabet66 ceases operations, your account balance will be refunded and your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised per local law.
